The rain ahead of the cold front pushed through just as Bonaparte was set to roll. It was delayed for about 30 minutes but crowds still lined the streets in the rain to catch some beads. After the front passed strong northerly winds brought in cooler temperatures. Winds are expected to stay breezy through Sunday as high pressure moves in. We’re still looking at perfect weather for Lundi and Mardi Gras. Temperatures will top out in the mid to upper 60s with mostly sunny skies. Enjoy your Mardi Gras!
